BlackPine Communities is pleased to announce John Kuntz as its new Division President. Kuntz comes to BlackPine Communities with considerable homebuilding experience and an innate understanding of the Company’s unique philosophy and approach. BlackPine Communities seeks to enliven neighborhoods and create communities. They are known in particular for their urban and contemporary style and modern aesthetics.
Kuntz previously served as Corporate Operations Manager at JMC Homes. Since 2012, he was responsible for all aspects of the production homebuilding business overseeing areas ranging from sales, marketing, purchasing and accounting to construction, and product design and development. Kuntz effectively guided a staff of 195 employees. He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Idaho and completed the master’s program at Kimball Hill University in 2006.
As Founder and President of BlackPine Communities, Michael E. Paris leads the Company’s overall vision, strategic forward planning and business development with more than 28 years of homebuilding experience in both custom and production operations.
